Last updated: October 23, 2026

NEW YORK, NY, October 23, 2026. UMAMI GRANOLA, the first Cantonese breakfast granola, is now available at Hien From Vietnam, 121 Mott Street in New York City, its first cafe partner. The cafe carries the brand's Dragon-Eyed Wolf blend, made with sweetened condensed milk, goji berries, and longan. Hien From Vietnam also makes its phin coffee with condensed milk.

"Sharing our understanding of condensed milk makes Hien From Vietnam our perfect first cafe partner," said Cindy Lam, Founder of UMAMI GRANOLA.

UMAMI GRANOLA is the only granola drawn from Cantonese culinary tradition, one regional cuisine. 66% of consumers are interested in exploring regional variations within international cuisines, according to Mintel's 2026 research.

UMAMI GRANOLA can be found in-store at Hien From Vietnam, 121 Mott Street, New York, NY.
