First Cantonese breakfast granola reaches Queens at Lincoln Market
Last updated: October 12, 2026
NEW YORK, NY, October 12, 2026. UMAMI GRANOLA, the first Cantonese breakfast granola, is now available in-store at Lincoln Market's Astoria location, its first retailer in Queens. The brand's two blends, Dau-Si-Do and Dragon-Eyed Wolf, are on the shelves.
Lincoln Market is a Brooklyn-headquartered grocery chain that began in 2016 on Lincoln Road in Prospect Lefferts Gardens and now has nine locations across Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan.
Dau-Si-Do is an umami-rich, savory-sweet blend that carries fermented black soybeans (dau-si), hoisin, and fresh ginger from Cantonese dim sum tradition. Its name joins dau-si with the do-si-do dance move.
Dragon-Eyed Wolf is a caramel-rich, floral-sweet blend that carries goji berries, longan, and condensed milk from Cantonese tong sui tradition. Longan translates from Cantonese as "dragon eye," and goji berries are traditionally called wolfberries.
"We are excited to bring Lincoln Market customers something they have not seen before, Cantonese granola. A new reign for Queens has begun," said Cindy Lam, Founder of UMAMI GRANOLA.
UMAMI GRANOLA can be found in-store at Lincoln Market, 21-27 31st Street, Astoria, NY, in aisle 3.
